Donating for needs of prisoners, you get an opportunity to join those who adorn their souls with acts of mercy, compassion and help those who hope for consolation, and thereby draw the mercy of God during the last Judgement of the Christ and get a chance visit the Christ, because in the words of the Savior: "I was hungry and you gave Me food, thirsty and you gave Me drink; was a stranger and you welcomed Me, I was sick and you visited Me; in prison, and you came to Me ... So you've done this for one of these My brethren, you did for Me " (Mt. 25, 35-36, 40).
